  • Career Development, a department within the Division of Student Affairs, assists students and alumni with the process of identifying and implementing career goals that complement their learning, development and success. 

    We help you figure out what you want to do, and then help you do it.

    We take the whole person into account as we advise students and alumni on issues of career satisfaction, life balance and contribution to society.

    Requirements to apply:
    • A current sophomore or junior
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • GPA of at least 2.75
    • Major or desired career path relevant to Human Resources, Counseling, Employer Relations, Professional Writing, Higher Education/Student Affairs, or Organizational Communication.
    • Willing to attend a two-day training session before classes begin in August.
    • Willing to schedule on-duty hours between 9am – 5pm on weekdays
    • Willing to commit for the entire academic year 2019-2020.
    • In good standing with the university
